Cavalier/Sunfire Engine Swap

Will the 2.2 engine from a 2000 Sunfire fit a 2004 Cavalier? Will ECM's have to be changed? Both vehicles have automatic transmission.

You may have to change the upstream o-2 sensor because of the year but it should work. I recently put a '99 engine in an '02.
