I don't think I've ever done 0-60 in 7 seconds. Mine is an automatic though and I had my friend time me once. He said that it took about 9 seconds. I didn't powerbrake before I started, so I could possibly be a little faster. Oh and I was shown just how slow my v6 was three days ago when I raced a 99+ GT on the interstate. The race was over before we even started.

I'll try to accurately time it tomorrow for you and post the results as soon as I can. Like I said I could probably be faster.

That's ok man, it isn't supposed to beat it. Would be hilarious to build a sleeper out of that car. They wouldn't know what hit them.:smoker:

I really don't want to know what mine is... But, I don't care. I am just happy with the compliments I get for my car being an all original perfect restoration. People don't even care that it is an Inline 6 with 3 on the floor. I would like to have a new Cobra...then I could beat all GM ass!!

I'd rather have a LS1 Trans Am.

I like late model Trans Ams too, but not near as much as I love Mustangs...especially that '03 Cobra...

if you want real information on the v6mustang check out www.v6power.net or 3.8mustang.com I do 0 to 60 in 6.7 and run the quarter in 14.9~15.1 with a 2.2 60ft and traping 92mph, soon to have a pulley and aluminum drive shaft for at least another tenth off. current mods are gears, tlok, CAI, exhaust, and short shifter. autos are at least half a second slower.
