2 Items-Pulling codes & Oil pressure gauge
#1: 19969 Buick PA Ultra-Super charged 3.8: Is it possible to pull codes off of this with a paper clip. I heard 1996's could either have type 1 or type 2's
#2: What can cause my oil pressure gauge to spike under acceleration? Thank you Thanks for pointing that out Tech II lol. I always make that mistake Last edited by MrCobra; 12-28-2011 at 03:20 PM. |

Re: 2 Items-Pulling codes & Oil pressure gauge
1996 is OBD II, you have a 16 pin ALDL connector......no flash capability....need code reader or scan tool...
Usually a bad oil sender....only way to confirm is with an external oil pressure gage....... By the way, you have supercharger, not a turbo.... |
