Ferrari Mythos 1989 concept.

Sorry- I only found this french article, I will post the original and a computer translation, with some pictures at the end!!!

THE MYTHOS

French version
La mythos n'est pas une Ferrari comme les autres.
Il s'agit d'un laboratoire roulant ne préfigurant aucune voiture"commercialisable".
Et que Ferrari ne "reconnaît"pas officiellement.
Le concept Mythos a été lancé par Lorenzo Ramaciotti en janvier 1989.
Il utilise la mécanique la Ferrari Testarossa.
Il s'agit d'un moteur tout en alu à carter sec de cinq litres en 12 cylindres opposés 2 à 2 avec 48 soupapes.
Par rapport à une Testarossa ,la largeur gagne 14cm (2.11m au lieu de 1.97).
La longueur perd 18cm (4.30m pour 4.48m).
Et la hauteur 12cm (de 1.13m à 1.01m).

1250kg à vide.

MOTEUR:

12 cylindres à plat central de 4942cc.

Puissance: 390 ch à 6300tr/m.

Couple: 50 mkg à 4500 tr/m.

TRANSMISSION:
Aux roues arrières par boîte manuelle 5 rapports.

SUSPENSION:
Av: double triangles,ressorts hélicoïdaux,barres anti roulis.
Ar: à roues indépendantes,double triangles,4 ressorts hélicoïdaux
Et barres anti roulis.

FREINS:
A disques ventilés sur les 4 roues.

DIRECTION:
A crémaillère non assistée.

ROUES:
Jantes OZ racing.
Pneu Pireli Pzero 245/40 zr 17 à l'avant et 335/35 zr 17 à l'arrière.

PERFORMANCE:
Vitesse maxi:260 km/h.
Acceleration:0-100km/h en 5.8sec.

The mythos is not a Ferrari as the others. It is a matter of a rolling laboratory not prefiguring no voiture"commercialisable". And that Ferrari not "reconnaît"pas officially. im dont know how much they have made but i know that the sultan of brunei owns one and he owns the enzo since 1999!

I highly doubt that the sultan has had the Enzo since 99, Modenas were brand new back then.

I think there is only one of these, and they only started developing the Enzo this century, I think in 2001.
