98 LeSabre Motor Mount Bushings

My 98 LeSabre is in need of the four rear motor mount subframe bushings. I have been told by my mechanic that these parts (especially the bolts) are getting near impossible to find. I would like to know if this is really the case or am I being conned?

You can only get the bolts and bushing from the dealer and they are expense. Google "lesabre subframe bushing" you will find others have this same problem, mostly in the area where they use salt on the roads.
