Adding stock fog lights to 04' Tundra w/ out them.

Hi all, I have a 04' Tundra DC. 2wd. I love the look of fog lights and want to put them on w/ HD's. I've found them on EBay and am going to make the buy, I think. I also want the switching to look nice and not use the ugly toggle switch that comes with the kit. N e one done this before?

Also does n e one know what the blank switch is for that is located to the right of mirror adjust?
