Blue DRL

I saw a truck like mine with blueish DRLs yesterday and it looked cool...but it was moving away from me and I had no chance to ask the driver where he got the lights. I have looked on eBay and came up with a pair that have 10 leds on the sides and 3 on the top. They are called Hyper White LED's:

Any ideas if if these are any good or what do you guys have or like?

I would like to see user reviews , and a picture of the actual lamp.

led lamps use milliamps of power. the OEM lamps use about 1-2amps.
