Radiator fans relay location

I believe I have a bad radiator fan relay. Both fans are spinning all the time now. So just exactly where is the little bugger? I've found conflicting information when searching the internet (imagine that). I believe it is in the area to the drivers side of the radiator and I have to remove some of the grill to get at it. And if it's still the factory unit I will have to drill out a rivet to remove it.

2005 Grand Caravan, 3.3L, front and rear heat/air. 80,000 miles.

Thanks.
