What thinner use for Zero Paints?

Hi all.

Just today I was navigating in Hiroboy web page looking for Zero paint thinner.
What surprise to me is that now some product I normally used for thinnering have directly disappeared from the catalog. At least I have notice these:
- Zero Basecoat thinner
- Zero Cellulose thinner
- Zero Airbrush cleaner

I tried to contact them for knowing if this is temporaly or forever, but being serious, I tried contact them before and I have never get and answer.

So, as I have lot of paints from them, someone knows what other thinner works well with Zero paints and primmer?

Thanks

Re: What thinner use for Zero Paints?

For basecoats you'll use Lechler Universal acrilic thinner or even the Acrifan acrylic thinner (pay attention, much heavier/hot with plastic and undercoats/decals), you'll use acrifan with 1K transp also.
Dunno know for the aircleaner, I use toluene (we call it nitro solvent), but I know that Hiro's cleaner is stronger, clean better, never tried perhaps.

Dunno know why/where you used the cellulose thinner.

If you got 2K altosolid coating you'll use the Acrifan, I don't reccomend the Universal thinner despite it's possible to use: you'll get more troubles with crater etc....

This under my personal experience would work right. Just locate a Lechler dealer trough theyr WS

ciao

Re: What thinner use for Zero Paints?

You only need two types of thinner. Just go to any auto paint store and buy some basecoat thinner (any brand) and use that for thinning the paints when you spray them. While you are there get a large (any brand) cheap gun wash thinner and use that for cleaning the airbrush after you have finished your spraying...
