What paint is better?

I want to paint my civic hb red, my bmw z8 black, and my prowler prowler purple. So wut type of paint shood i use. Wen i use model paint it sometimes gives orange peels. Does any know how well automotive will work on my models, and where to get it. Thnx in advanced

I hear automotiive paint also gives you Heavy orange peel.

Well have you used Tamiya spray paints?

you will get orange peel no matter what type of paints you use. Airbrush gives you less but still some. Read the FAQ and primeraman has a step by step to get a mirror finish. Even the master gets orange peels but the way he prep his cars always turns out perfectly.

Rust-Oleum Metallic works great, although if applied with Dupli-Color clear coat, it "melts" away. Tamiyia easily runs, so use it in alot of light coats (with Rust-Oleum just 1 coat can do the trick) and Dupli Color is my favorite brand. OEM Colors, and can be easily found. All paits easily bond to Krylon primer too.. so, its up to you..
