Power window issue 99 Silverado
Can someone tell me if the power window on the passenger door will work via the drivers door button without the passenger window button plugged in?I hope I'm explaining this enough but here's the scenerio I have right now,I am missing the passenger door inner panel and window button,it's at a friends, and the window will not go up or down with the drivers side button.I'm not sure if something is screwed up or if this is normal to need both buttons plugged in for the drivers side controls to work.

U need both switches connected. When using the driver switch power goes from that switch through the pass switch and to the window motor.
If u give me some time to get some things done I can look at a schematic and tell u which wires to jumper to roll the window up. Sent from my Droid X. Typos probable.

Re: Power window issue 99 Silverado
If you have jumper wires connect the dark blue wire to the largest black wire and then connect the brown wire to orange wire. This is to be done at the passenger window switch connector. With the key in run the window should go up for you.
