Radiator leak, and question on a 95 beretta

I was squeezing the radiator hose on the driver side, and i noticed anti freeze leaking through the plastic covering that encases the radiator.
I was trying to get a closer look , but the rains came, so i had to stop.

The small crack is pretty much at the top , so do i need to replace this 1 piece, the whole radiator or can it be patched somehow.

The radiator itself looks fine, but i have never dealt with a setup like the beretta has before.

Someone please help me !!!
