1997 tahoe engine problems

so the egine in my tahoe has a miss sitting still all the way to sixty. i have installed a new distributer, cap, rotor, wires, plugs, coil and a new pcv valve. it is still missing. the miss is not consistant, but very noticeable. i have hooked my scanner to it and got a p1345 correlation problem code and o2 heater diffeciency code and o2 sensors code. could the o2 sensors make it miss like it is or could it be the fuel spider. i need some help with this one, its got me stumped

What engine?
You need to set the camshaft retard setting [corelation] with a engine capable scanner.
Set it within 1-2 neg or pos degrees as close to 0 degrees as you can get it.
What is the camshaft retard reading at now?
Has the dist been removed or changed?
What are the 02 sensor code no?
