Question Souping up a Honda Prelude.

Hey guys, I have a 94 Honda Prelude with 240,000 miles on it. I want to soup it up and get it in racing condition. Can you guys suggest what needs to be done and what some affordable and efficient modifications would be? I was thinking an engine swap would be mandatory since it has so many miles on it. If so, what would be a good engine to replace it with? Thanks in advance.
