Halo projectors

I just bought some projector headlights and need help figuring out where the red and black wires go from the headlight itself and how to hook up the signal light with the parts they gave me.

a picture would help, are they the red and black wires for the halos? if so, red is power and black is ground. splice the red into the parking light wire so they come on with the parking light or hook them up to a switch.

and i cant help with what to do with the hardware they sent you since i dont know what you have
