Rear stabilizer bar ?

Or motor mount ? I noticed something different when shifting my 88 festiva so I went under to investigate and there is some sort of stabilizer bar running from under the the shifter to the tranny and I want to get another rubber gromet for it but don't know what it is called. I think it would save some time at the auto parts store if I know the name of this part. Thanks newbie here on automotive forums
