99 F-350 7.3 turbo wont start p1212 icp seems to crank faster than normal

That code will come up sometimes for low oil in the reservoir. Also bad icp sensor. Unplugging the icp sensor should send it into limp home mode and it will at least usually start if it is the sensor.
