Wondering if its possible to swap a 3.1 motor from a Lumina and drop it in a 92 Chevy Cavalier Z24?
Hi everyone, I know this is the Lumina model forum, but I was hoping someone would know this. I have a bad motor in a 1992 Chevy Cavalier Z24 car, and my cousin has a Lumina, he said it cant be newer than a 95 model, he wasnt sure though. That lumina is going to the scrapper, but the motor is good however in the Lumina. He said I could buy it from him, but we need to know if its possible to drop a 3.1 motor from a Lumina, into a 92 Cavalier Z24? Thanks for your help.
