2001 Chevy Impala P1404 Code.. EGR ?

I'm getting 2 codes P1404, and P0404. Which Auto Zone says is the EGR Valve.

I wanted to ask before I replace it. Is this one of the codes that is given, but could be something else, and not the EGR Valve at all. If so what are some options I should look at first?

Also can the EGR valve be cleaned with Seafoam, if so what is the best way to do this?

The Car seems to be running great. I do get a little bit of a hiccup evey now and then if I feather the gas in traffic.

I didn't see anything on that link.

I changed out the EGR Valve, and reset the codes, 20 mins later the light came back on. P0404 and P1404 yet again.

Woo Hoo Fixed it. Took the EGR valve back off along with the throttle body, and cleaned everything with carb cleaner. Cleaned the MAF sensor with MAF Sensor Cleaner. And Changed the air filter while I had everything off.
