I have a 95 Buick LeSabre and the power windows quit working.I tried replacing the circuit breaker and still won't do anything.I thought maybe it was a bad fuse but I can not find a fuse for it.Sometimes when you let the car sit awhile they would inch a little at a time.Is there a fuse or a relay and where are they located.Thanks for any help.

The symptoms you have described are a clear indication that the motor is going defunct, replace the motor.

Sorry, but you did mention in the first post that the problem was with "all 4 windows". If it is that severe, you may have a corroded ground terminal problem under the drivers side carpet near the kick panel. Have you had moist, or wet carpet in the past (or present)? BTW, do the individual door window switches work, or are all of them giving the same problem?

All the windows have the same problem.When we first bought the car the carpet was wet in the back floorboard and had water standing in the spare tire area.I pulled the circuit breaker because it was getting hot.

Where exactly is this connector at?Is this the one that is under the carpet by the kick panel?

Location varies depending on the year. Remove the door sill & look under the carpet. The connector will have either all black wires, or all white wires.

Circuit breakers in the fuse panel protect the power windows & other power accessories, rather than using a fuse. The circuit breaker will open and close, protecting the circuit until the problem is fixed. In addition, if the circuit breaker overheats, that is a clear indication that there is a high resistance somewhere in the terminals/wiring. BTW, be sure to check the circuit breaker (female) terminals in the fuse panel for corrosion, or distortion due to overheating.
