sounds like you need to remove the door panel and put the glass back in the window tracks....maybe you got lucky and something just needs to be put put in place and retightened.

On the other hand, maybe something broke. Look inside the door (after you takethe panel off) and see if you find any broken pieces.

I don't know. I had the same prob on my 96 Ram, but that is a different style.
