windows falling down

need some help from my pals, although im strickly a chevy man i have to fix my wifes ford focus ..so this is the problem right rear door window motor is good but cable is all bunched up and crooked inside i took the door panel off unscrewed the motor and found the cable inside all bunched up at this point i see that the cable is 2 seperate pieces how do i hook them up right...please help me have know idea how to get this cable on right
