timing chain

its a 2001 4.7
i got it with a knock in the motor after digging around i found the right side timing chain is making the noise so i bought a new timing chain put it back together and got the same thing
now its back apart and i can see the new tensioner loosing presure so i got some other ones and it does the same thing
i can see oil going through it..it pours out the arm on the tensioner i tried different back plates..no back plates nothing changes
the chain get tight it just doesnt stay tight for a full turn

what else can i do?
