Rochester QuadraJet 4bbl adjustment

So I made a mistake and tried to fine tune my quadrajet 4bbl electric choke carb by turning in air bleed valve on the top middle of the carb that already had the cover removed by the previous owner . I turned in the screw and started to backout when I lost idle and the engine died. Now no matter what I do I cannot get it to start without stomping on the gas. Even after its running if I let off the pedal it dies immediately. Any suggestions on getting this back to spec? Also when I put the ignition key to start without turning engine over the electric choke makes a clicking noise ?? I believe its an e4mc or e carb
