Radio problems

My 2002 malibu is having radio problems. I was driving then all of a sudden my radio cut out. The Radio was still working like it showed the artist and radio station but there was no sound at all coming out. Then Randomly it will fade back in and work fine again. Also there is a clicking sound in the dash as if i were using the turn signal even though i am not. Can someone please help this is driving me nuts.

Check to see if the antanae connection under the passenger mat is tight.
