VSC, TRAC OFF, Check Engine lights on

So the other day out of the blue, while driving on the freeway at about 80-85mph, three lights popped on. VSC (vehicle stability control), TRAC OFF (traction control off), and the check engine light. They stayed on for a few days, then went off all on their own. Then yesterday they came back on. They're back off now. So it's intermittent. I can't see anything consistent happening to cause them to turn on.

I'm trying to figure out as much as I can on my own before I need to take it to the dealer. I checked the brake fluid, it's full. I had the codes pulled, and it came up with an O2 sensor heater control circuit low - bank 2, sensor 1. Probable cause: 1. Open or short circuit condition. 2. Poor electrical connection. 3. Failed oxygen sensor. 4. EFI relay fault.

So right off the bat, I guess I could get the O2 sensor replaced, but it seems like 80% of these codes end up throwing a bad O2 sensor. So I'd like to dig deeper if I could.

Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas? I've looked around the internet, and seen a couple instances of it happening to some people, but didn't see anything indicating a cause really.

Thanks!
