Unhappy Can't remove tire from wheel

Trying to remove an old tire from a Aluminum jeep wheel. It's been on there for years and has been out doors. I put oil on the wheel, and drove over it with my truck. But still it will not budge. The tire must have shrunk and is now seized to the wheel. Looked at some videos on youtube but nothing else so far.

I don't care If I damage the wheels, I'm just going to recycle them anyways.

Any ideas?
