Subframe bushings

Anybody ever change out subframe bushings? Easy, hard, special tools? One of mine is shot. Thanks!

Re: Subframe bushings

Probably easier to just replace the lower control arm. I paid around $120 for the pair, and you'll also be starting with fresh lower ball joints as well. You should get the sway bar links while you're at it (they need to be removed when replacing the control arm), because they're usually frozen on if they're over 5 years old. The new control arms and sway links do wonders in tightening up the front end.
