Have you checked to make sure the brake hose to the caliper is not internally collapsed???

Was it a new or rebuild caliper and what brand??

Re: 96 caravan front driver brake stuck on

Just had the same problem on my voyager. It was the rubber brake hose going to the caliper. Replaced it and the problem was solved.
