97 cavi questions need input quick please!

i am looking at a 98 cavi with 119,000 miles on it. New tires, new catalytic convertor, O2 sensors, plugs wires, coils, muffler, and head gaskets about 2 years ago. Shold i be worried to pay $1450 for it? any other problems that i should be worried about? I don't know to much about these cars but i had a friend that had one and he sold it with 187k miles on it 4 years ago and it is still running to this day. I just don't want to waste my money if there are things that i should be worried about on this car. please let me know your thoughts. thanks

thats about what i paid a few months ago for my 97 in similar shape.

check out how the timing chain sounds...i actually got mine for $1k, but spent about $300 doing the timing chain, oil pump, and water pump myself.
