2001 chevy impala headlight problem
when we first start the car the headlights flicker for a couple of seconds then stop. the daytime lights work fine. when u shut the car off sometimes the lights flicker on and off for a while. after a while it will stop. while its flickering if u pull the headlight switch to on it will stop. but after u turn back off it starts again not sure whats causing this to happen. the headlight relay does make a lot of clicking noises while this happens

2001 chevy impala 3.4 elecrical issues?
my uncle has a 2001 chevy impala 3.4 and the problem is that when the car is off or while its on the headlights flicker and so does the instrument panel. its like the headlights are being turned on and off. and while this is happening if u pull the headlight switch on the problem stops but once u turn the switch off it starts again. could there be something worn out in the switch?

Replace the switch. Also grab an electrical diagram and have the automatic light sensor checked and the circuit also. I also had this problem and replaced the switch. Works well.

changed the switch and it still is the same. if i pull the fuse for the bcm/cluster the problem stops

Sounds like your BCM may be fried. Another common POS part in these cars.
