Plain Wrong
Putting personal preferences aside, do you think this is right? I don't think it is.

This is really messed up. Seems like the last part of that video is likely the real reason, why they are impounding these cars. Impound the cars so they can search them, without consent, and then cite them for any illegal modifications that may be done to the car. All while really hoping they find other illegal stuff (drugs, weapons, etc). |
