94 LS 4x4 210k dead auto needs to go

I'm either going to sell or donate my Rodeo 4S2CY58V2R4349044
It will drive in first up to 10-20mph and then slips from there.
I joined in 03 and have learned much here. I figured one of the "old timers" here might be interested in my Claret red/silver LS.
It has every option for the LS including the Isuzu running boards except for the brush guard/fog lights.
Accidents- rear bumper twice fixed w/insurance, five to ten mph hits.
Damage- tree fell on it 11 years ago: windshield,hood,grille, 90% new paint job(only tailgate wasn't painted???) I think they replaced the roof too.- Car fixed through insurance and does not leak.
The rear passenger regulator is either gone or unconnected, I never got around to checking. The right rear speaker is on its way out.
Other than the driver seat cloth edge worn through but not looking crappy( no foam showing) there are no holes. The hood has lots of rock chips, I guess the repaint didn't stick to well. There are under 6 tiny door dings, no dents.
The only thing I think it would need is rear hatch glass lifts,belts and fluid changes. The CV boots are open but making no noises. Brakes and shocks replaced
It has the lifter tick since ~65k and I have tried everything and the best solution I have found is Mobil Delvac (diesel oil) and of late the Lucas oil product.
I have always gotten 14-15 mpg combined since new $27,384
If I sold it last year it would have easily sold for 2-3k, it is that clean.
So if you have ~100 posts and want to RR the tranny, let me hear your offer. I am ~25 miles West of San Francisco CA.
