duece of spades 32' roadster

hi i just have a quick question, mainly about the steering wheel of the duece of spades roadster now i know its a 54 chevy belair wheel and im curious about the spade in the middle if anyone knows how to go about that or does anyone know where i can find one in resin or decals or something???
help please!
