Replacing bulbs in Temp control 97 LeSabre

I have the automatic control air conditioning. There are three burned out bulbs in the Temp, Fan, and Air Flow buttons. Does anyone know how to remove these bulbs and what is the number of the bulb? I have looked in the Owner's manual, Haynes Manual and the complete shop manual and there is not any information.

Chances are real good- that those are not bulbs, but LEDs that are designed to last the life of the control unit and are basically, non replaceable. But if you are handy with a soldering iron, you can probably tear it apart and solder in new LEDs. There is probably a procedure on-line- maybe even here- have you performed a forum search for this issue?....

brcidd: I did a search and found similar info to yours. Do you know what the LED number is or where I can purchase them?
I suppose I could buy them from my local GM dealer and pay highly outrageous prices!

GM dealer won't have them--best thing to do is to open it up, then head to radio shack, or do on-line searches There is an online company that repairs control heads- for the exact reason you need... will look for his link....

or just search for anyone who does radio repair or the like- they could advise you.
