Unhappy 97 plymouth breeze few problems need help

had to edit this make my question easier to answer i have a problem with my 97 plymouth breeze when i step on the gas pedel at a light or stop sign it feels like the car is gonna die or putter for a second then it accelarates normally it just started to happen about a week ago. i ran a trouble code scanner on it and it just found one problem a O2 senser is bad but when i check for trouble codes from the dash it finds two codes the other is 42 wich has something to do with my fuel or relay sending to pcm it doesnt have a P###. all in all i was just wondering if anybody knows what could be causing the putter when i accelarate.
