MFH '62 Ferrari 250 GTO

Just under a year to build and much detail has been added, more than I can list but the interior mods include, harnesses, upholstered seats, quilted sound deadening upholstery and angled demisters.
The body has had all the vents opened, the bonnet hinged and the doors completely scratch built.
The engine has been wired and detailed.
There are some flaws but I’m fairly happy with it.

Thanks,
Lee.

Re: MFH '62 Ferrari 250 GTO

Absolutely oustanding build, truly wonderful.

I'm not a fan of the colour though, seems to be a bit out of scale for the car plus the vents in the front fenders, are they supposed to be left open like that, or are there some grills or something to go in there?

What can I say? Looks perfect, and serves me just right as inspiration to build my Revell GTO. Of course I don't expect the same result, but anything looking good wil be acceptable.

You're definitely entitled to be happy about this one! :-)

I'm a bit surprised though about the plain silver paintjob...no livery stripes?

Super work Lee, love all the little details and the tail pipes look amazing.
I wish my work contained as many "flaws"

Wow!!! That's pretty. I like seeing cars in colors out of the norm and that red car looks awesome silver.
