Spidey's Toaster

Hey everyone,
Well I get to show off yet another WIP Im working on, it a first gen Toyota bB kit from Tamiya. (also known as a Scion xB)
I have nothing really exciting planed for this build, just mostly OOB with some mild customization. This is to just help me get back in to the modeling mood as well as a tester for the body color that I have planed for my 1/12 Datto build.....

So far Ive only done body work, I mounted all of the body parts, smoothend out the body, deeped all the panel lines, filled in the front number plate mount, shaved all of the badges, and cut out all of the molded front grilles. I have sprayed the primer and as soon as it warms up a little, I will start laying the color.

Well thats all for now, I will post more when I can....

Nice to see you building again. What CF did you use? It looks good although i hate these cars with a passion. I call them clown cars, but none the less great progress.

The carbon fiber is Scale Motorsports's Hi-Def Carbon Fiber

Awesome work so far! I really like these little cars - they look so weird and different and there is almost infinite options for modifications that all look good. I can't wait to see where this goes! Where did you get those neat little decals?
