Question 94 jimmy signal problems

i have a 94 jimmy 4wd. i have the digital dash. the blinkers blink fast on the dash and on the lights. when i put the headlights on the left signal blinker stays on at the dash but does not blink and i cant get it to go away. also when the headlights are on on the left side on the running lights dont work .
just wonering what to do

Sounds like a bad ground or bad socket for the left front turn signal/park lamp. Remove the bulb and check resistance from the ground terminal inside the socket to chassis ground, must show less than 5 ohms. Post your results.
