Electrical issue
When I turn my car on it made the seat belt noise but louder and faster if in park all interior lights stay on even when car is off doors are shut someone unpluged and repluged fuses then my car wouldn't start was towed the guy took out the imobilizer said he tested it and it was fine all the exact same problems still happening 5 minutes after I get the car back all he did was make it start he charged me for 3 hrs to take out the imobilizer and now hes saying its a seperate issue what could it be?

ignition switch?
year/make/model/engine makes it easier for others to diagnose...
