trouble code po 342

[98 headache 4.3]

I have a 05 chevy tahoe 5.3l 130000 check engine light came on pulled up po342 po341 cam position sensor replaced the sensor with an advanced auto part two days later light came back on and had a po342 code low input.Could it be I have to buy ac delco sensor?Or does anybody know what I should check next?Thanks for the help.

the wiring/connector/CMP face not hitting the cam gear/
pcm gaskets/pcm connectors/wiring/grounds.

CMP wires,,,,,,,,dk blu / wt signal output. pnk/blk ground. red 12volts from pcm .

since it worked a couple of days it may well be a connector/wiring/pcm /ground issue..if the sensor or cam was bad it would have come on faster..

put the old sensor back in. If these checks don't help. then if it fails the same you may need a new PCM..

what is the work/repair history of this vehicle ? any aftermarket equipment on engine ? electrical add ons?
