just bought 97 - needs?

just bought this 97 V-8,5.7 fuel injected w/77K and is in good condition. What should i i done to it to keep it's condition, even though i have no maintenence record.

did you buy it at a dealer if so did you get a car fax? about the most importen is changeing oil and keep tranny up to date on tranny filter and fluid. one thing good is milage these day's a car is just broke in at 100.000 mls. but if you didn't get car fax i would look it up and see what's been done? someone else may replie and give you more help.
