Rebuilding brembo calipers

How much of a job is it to rebuild brembo calipers. Special tools? Parts cost? Best place to buy parts?

Re: Rebuilding brembo calipers

Simple simple! Buy stop-tech seals to match the pistons. Pull the dust seals and the pistons out. Use a plier to pinch the old seals out of the slots. use brake fluid and pre-lube the new o-rings and insert them. Lube and insert pistons. Dont use the dust seals anymore. I did 2 calipers at the track and it took longer to bleed the brakes then to rebuild them.
