Squealing Belt

I had the alternator replaced a few weeks back. The belt was only 6 months old so that was put back on. Just recently the belt started squealing in the morning, first start cold weather. Usually lasts for about 30 minutes or so on and off and then is fine the rest of the day. Anything to worry about or should I get it checked?

The belt tensioner may be loosing it's tension rate. Here's a video that will show you how to replace it.
