Re: losing antifreeze

If it is leaking from the plastic housing the thermostat sets in, you need to buy an intake for it. Ford intakes are famous for leaking since 1996.

Re: losing antifreeze

ok i found the leak where the crossover piece seats theres a oddly shaped rubber gasket that fits perfectly in a ridge on the plastic ant therm housing seals to.however on passenger side theres one bolt u cannot get to.i actually thought it was jus like a pin because i couldnt believe ford would b dumb enuff to make it where intake would come off to change this.Anyway when i put it back together the left side now leaks because i couldnt get the bak bolt out and change that gasket to.since there was only one bolt it allowed it to slide.I kno this is a long shot but im hopin for an answer.dave
