How to replace Grill in 2004 Grand Marquis?

Plastic grill is broken on my '04 GM. How do I remove what's left of the grill so I can install replacement? Looks like it would just "snap in" if I can get the remnants of the old one out. Suggestions appreciated.

are you saying you cant get the screws out that holds it in if so you may may want to look and see if it's a torx rather than the phillips screw driver?
