Toyota 88C references needed
Hi guys, I'm joining a contest for the 2011 in one italian forum, on the group C topic: my main work would be around a Nissan R89; as a side project I would like to develope a full detail version of the Hasegawa Toyota 88C: it is boosted by a L4 twin spark engine, turbocharged.
The kind topic (as far I remind I'll recall just one 4 cylinders car allowed to rush with Gr.C: the Lancia LC1) light a spark in my sick modeling fantasy, and my intention is to use most of the Tamy Toyota 84C on the Hasegawa Toyota 88... BTW: looks like tricky get pictures: I need at least one of the engine bay....to see how arrange all the stuff. Thanks in advance!

Re: Toyota 88C references needed
really?
because I can't see a single photo of the actual engine bay of the 88c in any of those. also, most of those are of scale models and stuff from various Gran Turismo games so are next to useless for what Gio would want.

Re: Toyota 88C references needed
it's more helpful than making remarks that don't
![]() "google search" = hundreds of links, not just the one posted a little effort is all that's required OP you could also try contacting the Toyota USA museum, and request pics from them http://www.mulsannescorner.com/ToyotaEagleMkIII.html |

let's look at the facts shall we? first, let's agree that my first post does not help Gio with what he's looking for. however, your first post that claims that there are "tons of pics" is simply not true. had you actually looked at the results of the search as well as results of other searches, you might've noticed. so, seeing as what you said was not true and your posted search result contained no useful photos or diagrams, your post was just as useful/useless as mine.

i pointed out that your first post was of no help to Gio. you then claimed that i was not making a helpful comment. technically, you are the one arguing. at that point your second post did not exist. your second post has no bearing on what i was talking about. if i were to add now a link or some other suggestion, it doesn't suddenly make my first post useful. i.e your subsequent suggestion doesn't change the fact your first post was just as useless as my first post. i omitted it because it was a moot point. regarding the omitted part. i'm not sure what relevance a link to the toyota eagle is here and are you sure you want to stick with the suggestion of asking toyota museum? that means that from now on, if you ever ask for references for whatever car, we should all just tell you to ask the manufacturer? is that really a useful suggestion?
