1:1 Replica, Which kit to start with?
Hi all,
I've got a Honda Legend Coupe and unfortunatly there aren't any kits of the car. Now I want to scratchbuild the model from a similar based existing kit. I was thinking about the Nissan Skyline R33 but maybe you guys got some better options. Here's my car: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hope you guys know a good kit to begin with. |

A Prelude? Porsche GT3 wheels...
That's a very nice example, I only see those in sad shape here.

I agree an R33 but you could also get a Honda NSX, it might work but would take plenty of time!

without meaning to sound too obvious but I reckon some kind of Accord/Prelude chop might be the best way to go.

Re: 1:1 Replica, Which kit to start with?
Silvia or Prelude/accord would be too small.
My car has these dimensions: Length 4890 mm 192.5 in Width 1811 mm 71.3 in Height 1364 mm 53.7 in Wheelbase 2830 mm 111.4 in Prelude: Length 4440 mm 174.8 in Width 1765 mm 69.5 in Height 1290 mm 50.8 in Wheelbase 2550 mm 100.4 in Skyline: Length 4580 mm 180.3 in Width 1725 mm 67.9 in Height 1340 mm 52.8 in Wheelbase 2665 mm 104.9 in Maybe I can better use a soarer: Soarer: Length 4900 mm 192.9 in Width 1805 mm 71.1 in Height 1350 mm 53.1 in Wheelbase 2690 mm 105.9 in |
