98 LT Throttle body

I have replaced the fuel pump on my 98 (2nd time) and it will not start now. The new pump works but I am not getting any fuel into the throttle body. can someone please tell me steps to go through to diagnos this so my wife has her gas guzzler back

MY BAD,
I did not fill tank with enough gas due to an incline on my street. Took the gas can and filled it up again and put it into the tank and it fired right up.
