Exclamation 1988 Ford F250 heater problems

I got a 1988 Ford F250 xl with the 5.0l (302) i get some heat but not much kinda like im only getting 2 speeds out of my fan other than all 4 speeds

This is what has been replaced:
Heater core (11-22)
thermo stat couple months back
timing cover water ports couple months back
Heater core hoses

Any help would be great its in the teens where im at and need my heater to work

Are both heater hoses hot? What degree thermostat did you put in? Have you checked you heater controls to make sure a they are working & that maybe a cable has not slipped off or is only opening part way.

180 deg thermo. cables are all good hoses are hot

you say you think your only getting two speeds on fan there is a blower relay that can go bad in the duct work buy the pass side that will do that but most of the time it only will work on high look down below the washer bottle that were its at

By the washer bottle? huh im lost here! just the other day the idle jump a little bit and the heater started to push some more heat out but not much hell my 89 ford probe pushes more heat then this ol' beast does

you might have a bad thermostat or try putting a 195 in it it mat be staying open because it to low there may also a valve that cotrols water flow to the core see if thats opening all the way they do corroid
